EXCHANGE OR RETURN

Size exchange or return are available subject to product integrity and notification within 72 hours of receiving the package .

To change size or model , proceed with a new order and send the return package within 10 days of receipt .

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Send the package with the items you want to return to:

Shop Laura Brioschi, Via Adua 4, Bra 12042 (CN) - MBE center

Insert a note with your name and order number in the package to make the refund easier.

You can exchange/return multiple items from the same order (or items from different orders ) all in the same package , as long as you report it to us in chat or via email before sending .

Upon receipt of the package, the refund will be made .

SHIPPING OF RETURNS

• Shipments are charged to the customer .
• In case of change of size/model with a new order, we will refund the shipping of the first order .
• In case of production defects or errors on our part , refund or exchange will be free .
